| Abstract: Psoriasis is a skin disease having unknown etiology and of chronic nature. It is relapsing and so it is a problem for medical science also. Every year more than 9 million cases of psoriasis are reported in the world. The paper deals with the role of Amrutbhallatak Avaleha & Karanjadi Lepa in the management of Ekakushtha (Psoriasis) on more than 60 cases. The ingredients of the Avaleha are Bhallatak, Guduchi & some other herbal drugs. They are Kaphavataghna and Rasayana. All the ingredients of Karanjadi Lepa are Kandughna & Kushthaghna. The duration of treatment was 90 days and all the patients were kept under strict dietary control during the treatment. The observation of effect therapy was encouraging. The Amrutbhallatak Avaleha orally was used with Karanjadi Lepa externally have got a positive effect in comparison of placebo group, which had less recurrence. The effect of therapy is presented in detail in full paper with elaborate discussion & conclusion. | |

I have gone through the notings given by you reg.Ekakushtha(Psoriasis) from which I am suffering since 10 years. Most of the times I found Round Red Patches in size of one rupee coin through out the body and uneven level of skull with dandruff like powder on top of head. Both Ayurvedic & Allopathy medicines were used vigorously. Now red patches are still appearing on my body. I have constipation problem since my childhood. Sour items are purely against to my health. The exact reason for long standing patches is not known. Always applying external gels namely Winsoria, Chandanadi Tailam etc. I want to procure Amrutbhallatak Aavaleha alongwith Karanjadi Lepa from you immediately. Kindly suggest me how to get it from you, cost of medicine & usage etc per return mail. Hoping to hear from you very soon.I am aged of 22 years female doing some software job at Hyderabad.
